4 Sale, one, slightly looked at, walking map of Ottawa. Complete with plasticised finish and colourful coded icons indicating the locations of hospitals, schools, community centres, BIG IMPORTANT GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, and Tim Horton outlets.
The Rideau Club, site of the Provincial STOH, is indicated by a big red smudge. This is what happens when you try to circle the location with red indelible (hah) ink on plasticised maps and then get them wet with a little spilled double double. {Hint, do not try to wipe this up with any article of clothing that you may want to keep in pristine condition, like a shirt sleeve or a tie}. Use a Scott Tissue!!
Map is also useful for drivers, but since there is no place to park, driving is just silly.
I have often wondered why there are not street people standing on streets selling maps to politicians homes. Could it be that no one cares?
