HOOORAYYYY!!!
Our gals have won the 23rd edition of Park Town Curling Classic, held at the Nutana Curling Club in Saskatoon by defeating Renee Sonnenberg of Grand Prairie, AB in convincing fashion this afternoon.
They did it the hard way, maxing out the curling experience gained by working through the mud of the B and C draws. Which just makes this victory all the more satisfying.
Thank you Nutana curling club and all of the people who made the event work and thank you to all of the sponsors especially the primary Sponsor, the Park Town Hotel.
Particular thanks once again to Leslie MacDougall who came all the way from PEI to fill in for Sheri Cordina who could not make this trip.
